Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, and will be required to have a consent form signed by the parent.

Payment Policies
We understand the occasional need to cancel your session, and we ask that you provide a 12-hour notice to avoid paying for a missed appointment. Please arrive on time so that you will receive your full treatment. Because there are appointments scheduled after yours, your session must be shortened by the number of minutes you are late, and you will be charged the full fee.
